When Angelique wanted to work with me, I was very enthusiastic and I immediately did what we would all do.. I googled her 😂 I then ended up on an episode of De Kist where she was a guest. Incredibly influenced by that episode, I came up with the concept of her podcast cover. Bustheads were made famous by the Romans (but Nefertiti and Tutankhamun already did #trendsetters) and are known for immortalizing an important person. It occurred to me that Angelique is capturing part of her legacy through her podcast. It is her way of immortalizing her voice and stamp. The busthead represents her shell and the wave represents her voice, the essence of her.
