I bought a pre-order item, what does that mean?

If you pre-order an item with us, it means that you reserve the item until the release date. Pre-orders will be shipped after the release date. The release date can be found with the product and often as a banner on the home page.

 

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is registered with PostNL, a Track & Trace code will be created. You will receive this in your confirmation email that you will receive shortly afterwards.

 

When can I expect my order?

We do our best to ship the orders as soon as possible but keep in mind that the delivery time is between 5 to 10 working days (with the exception of pre-order items). If this time has not yet expired, we are working hard behind the scenes to send it to you.

 

I accidentally entered an incorrect shipping address, what now?

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, please send an email to orders@studioqueenhood.com as soon as possible. If you haven't received a confirmation email yet, chances are that your shipping label hasn't been paid yet. If it is the case that a shipping label has already been purchased, this will unfortunately be for your own account. If you have already received a confirmation email, your order has unfortunately already been shipped. The amount of the products can only be returned if the order is returned in full and without damage.

 

Can I personalize products that are in the shop?

You cannot personalize the products in the shop unless stated otherwise.

 

I would like to know the dimensions of a particular product in the shop. Where can I find that?

When you click on a product and then scroll down, you will find the product information.

 

Collaborations

Can I also have a personalized illustration made (for my company)?

Sure! You can send an email to info@qhdesign.nl. Based on your request, you will receive a quotation and if you agree with the price, you will receive an official quotation with a schedule shortly afterwards.

 

I would like to have my logo made by Studio Queenhood, how does that work?

Studio Queenhood is the subsidiary of QH Design, a graphic design studio where you can go for: brand identity, social media management, creative direction and of course illustration. You can contact QH Design by sending an email to: info@qhdesign.nl
